I have been working with Earnest at this location for a few years now. He goes out of the way to make things happen and accommodate me at every turn. he exhibits professionalism with kindhearted humor. He enjoys his job and it reflects well on this location, and in turn Avis as well. the cars are always great. And what a way to find out about different brands! Drive a new car brand for a few days and you will know by then end of your trip if you would buy one. Hey Avis! Can't you pitch in for FREE satellite radio?

Walked in on November 10, 2017 at 2:00 pm to their employee (didn’t get his name) sitting down and playing games on his cell phone... the employee was a bit on the irritated side (darn us for disturbing his cell phone game time)... after getting a minute or two of attitude we decided to leave and do our reservation with Enterprise (in Rochester)... the professionalism, courtesy and service we got from Enterprise was well worth the extra cost of time, distance and cash value.
It's always great when people greet you with a smile and follow up with even better service. Honesty and integrity are often lost in the shuffle of other businesses, but not here at Avis. What a pleasure to rent from here.
