Charles was the best!! He made sure that everything he did I understood. He walked me through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in a pinch. They came out on a Sunday and did not even charge extra!
And although no one likes to pay for irritating stuff like home maintenance, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the bill was much less than I had thought it would be.

Not even five minutes later she called back with news that a tech would be out in a half hour. I was met by Charles and Zack, who worked like dogs to unthaw my pipes. They gave me great advice on how to treat my water lines in the future and were all around professional. They stayed until everything was back in order.
This morning I found my water pipes frozen and didn’t know what to do. So I searched for a plumbing company in my area and decided to go with A&J. The girl quoted that they wouldn’t be able to be out until tomorrow which left me unhappy. But she said she’d place a call to a tech and get back to me.

When I say Awesome you say heck yeah & repeat! This company rocks, I had a drain blockage in my basement. Called to schedule an estimate @ 8:30am on a Friday & the problem was solved by 11:30am. To top that off it didn't send me to the poor house & the plumber (Charles) was very kind, professional, & efficient. Would use them again & recommend to others no doubt. This took place in Michigan not MN.
